This bourbon was crafted by both Booker and Fred Noe, and at over 14 years in age, is the oldest release ever from Knob Creek.

A mash bill of 86% corn, 8% barley and 6% rye. The nose is smoky and leathery with ripe apples. The palate is filled with smoked vanilla oak, toasted rye and dried fruits. The long, full finish has notes of cherry blossom & bitter chocolate. Sip Neat.
