Known for his genre-blending style, which he describes as “post-Americana”—a mix of Americana, rock, and country—Green’s music features story-driven songs with catchy, pop-influenced hooks.

His live performances are renowned for their energy and dynamism, earning him a dedicated following in Texas and beyond. Green has performed alongside notable acts like Lainey Wilson, Parker McCollum, the Eli Young Band, Randy Rogers, and Giovannie & the Hired Guns. His involvement in the Texas Music Takeover tour has further elevated his profile, sharing stages with Texas music legends such as Pat Green, Koe Wetzel, Vaden Todd Lewis of the Toadies, Casey Donahew, Cody Canada, and Wade Bowen.

In 2023, Joey Green achieved a significant milestone by reaching #1 on the Texas Regional Radio Charts with his hit collaboration “Old Timers,” featuring George Ducas. His EP Puttin’ It Out There has also seen widespread success, with singles gaining traction on popular Spotify playlists like ‘New Music Nashville,’ ‘Fresh Finds Country,’ and ‘LA Pop Tunes.’

Green’s music videos for “This House Ain’t Big Enough” and “Heartbroke” have been well-received, premiering on major platforms like CMT, Country Rebel, Heartland, and Nashville Country TV. These videos have enjoyed a lengthy presence in the “Taste of Country” Top 10 Country Music Video Countdown, remaining there for an impressive fourteen months.
