Miranda Dawn and Chris Hawkes met in an Austin bar, where a shared song sparked a connection that evolved into a musical partnership.

Their debut album, Golden Heart, reached No. 25 on Billboard’s Folk chart and No. 2 on iTunes’ singer-songwriter albums, launching a period of extensive touring and collaboration.

Their second album, Yours and Mine, celebrated life’s beautiful moments and earned praise from Acoustic Guitar for its “impeccable vocal harmonies and instrumentation.”

Living on the road inspired their third album, The Other Side (2018), blending folk-rock with themes of empathy, hope, and shared humanity.
